DIY Coconut Macaroons (Easy)

Coconut macaroons Image: verbestbaking.com Just made these delicious treats and decided to share!

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup coconut flakes

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 ounces condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

a pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

Combine flour, coconut, and flour. Mix the condensed milk and vanilla extract in another bowl and pour over it over the coconut mix. Fold it in till well mixed.

With an ice cream scoop, drop batter (about the size of golf balls) onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Let them cool completely and serve.
