Found a beautiful sky blue dress at a thrift store but got home only to find out it was too small in the hips. But I loved the color so much that I decided to repurpose it into a classy crop top. Below are the before and after pictures of my project. I must say that I am very happy with how it turned out. Can't wait to rock it!
